Return Policy
You may return a new, unopened bathmat in its original cellophane wrapper within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and the reason you would like to return the bathmat. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of your return shipping date. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to us, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes PayPal to process our refund request.
